Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Warranty Information 

 All warranties are limited in nature, begin on original date of purchase, and are pro-rated. 

Warranty coverage extends to defects in manufacture, material, or workmanship of product. Product must be properly installed, secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was designed and intended.

Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, including but not limited to: material tearing due to failure to pad sharp edges or vehicle corners, friction or tension tears, damage caused by pooling water, failure to use proper supports including cover support poles or additional padding and straps, damage due to customer modification or usage outside the intended purpose, normal wear and tear, normal sun bleaching of material, or extreme weather or acts of nature.

All warranties are instantly voided if product is intentionally modified by customer, including but not limited to cutting material, drilling additional holes, writing on product, or similar modifications. 

Items are guaranteed to be free from defects at time of manufacture. 

EliteShield™ is unable to offer warranties on products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers. Warranties are non-transferrable. Warranty will not be extended to issues caused by improper use of product.

Pro-Rated Warranty as defined in this warranty refers to: an approved warranty claim made by contacting will receive a credit towards the purchase of the same or, if original product is no longer available, approved replacement item based on original purchase price, time elapsed since purchase, and original item warranty.   

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
